Orlando Photography Classes
You don't need a fancy camera, you just need to learn how to use the one you have. In my Orlando photography classes you will learn to see light, angles and techniques that will help you become your family's storyteller.
Learning is a process. I have carefully designed my classes to build you up each step of the way. First we will learn 5 steps to getting better photographs, then we will dive into understanding the basics, then if you choose, you can join me for our advanced classes (you will need a fancy camera for these classes). I can't wait to have you in class. ALL experience levels are welcome with open arms.
The best camera is the one that you have...
There is something about the way they look at you or that little giggle that gets you every time. That moment that tugs a little harder on your heartstrings. The moment that you tell yourself you are never going to forget. As a mother, I find refuge in the natural images of my children, images that bring me right back to that smile, giggle or moment.
Those images grow stronger as the years pass. At the moment the photo is taken I see it as it was. Years later and I am transported back to the moment and I feel like I can be right there again. I can even hear that little giggle that goes along with that look. To me that is the strongest investment I can make; being able to freeze time and return to it anytime I want.
I personally created Serena Nicole Studios with a mother's wish in mind. I wanted a custom photography experience to capture all of those natural looks, smiles and giggle that will transport YOU in time. Looks that are carefully crafted by a fluid and natural portrait experience that is child centered. My photographic style is very tender to encourage every one to feel comfortable so they can show me their style all their own.
I see your family as I would want to capture mine. Those looks between a mother and child, a finger wrapped tightly around yours. Candid expressions that showcase what makes your family unique and all your own. So that years later you can remember more than what you looked like but what you felt like too.

This two part class will break down all of the mystics around your camera and help you truly understand how each part of your camera works together to get consistent results. You will learn camera basics, composition techniques and can use any camera for this series.
2. Beginner Classes
Every student starts here! You will start to look at the world just a little differently when you go to take a picture. I will teach you the fundamentals that will instantly change your pictures for the better, even with your cell phone!

Five Steps
These days we all have a phone in one hand and a little one in the other! The best part is that this means you always have a camera nearby. Do you wish you could get better pictures with your phone or camera? I have 5 steps to instantly improve your snapshots! I will teach you what to look for to create a great photo no matter what camera you are using.
Let's get to know each other while you learn a few new things about your phone camera! Only $25 so be sure to invite your friends!
This two part class, class a and class b, will break down all of the mystics around your camera and help you truly understand how each part of your camera works together to get consistent results. You will learn camera basics, composition techniques and can use any camera for this series. All Students start with the FIVE STEPS CLASS prior to taking the Beginner Class Series. HOWEVER, you may save your seat in a future class right here. $125 per class

Beginner Classes
If Beginner Class A is on the same date (dates change so this may not always be possible) as your FIVE STEPS class and you want to take both of them on the same day, you can!!! Just sign up for both classes.

This four part class series will break down every step to confidently use your DSLR camera. We will learn advanced camera techniques and continue learning about composition. (DSLR required and classes MUST be taken in order C, D, E, F.) The Beginner Class and Advanced Class runs on a cycle. It is HIGHLY recommended that you start with the Beginner Class first. Each Class is $125.
