I had my back turned to Jack while he was busy playing when I heard “da, da, da, mumm, mummm, mummmm.” Then he said it again. I hurried to turn and see what he was doing. That is when I saw him holding the little farmer and the little girl and bouncing them around on the table. I was curious so I asked, where is Daddy? He showed me the farmer. Then I asked where is Mommy, and he showed me the girl. This was huge since he has never called us by name! I was so tickeled by it that when Jonathen came home I shared the story with him. He then asked Jackson where Daddy was and he pointed to the farmer again and to the girl for Mommy. He carried us around all day. We even made it to the sand box! And there it was, a little glimpse into what he is thinking!
I have to say Matt is awful cute in his farmer hat!
