At 5:29 pm tonight we were walking to the mailbox. Something I do most days with just me and Jack. But for tonight Dad got to be there too. Jonathen was back at the house working on a project for his second time around. More on that another time.
5:29 was special because it was voted the most popular time friends and family wanted to see inside our life. They wanted to witness the witching hour at our house. But tonight there was no such thing. We had a late lunch and so just a light dinner. But not to worry, it is on my list for the next few days…we share a meal at our table almost every single night, so it was so strange that today we just so happend to not be.
Now I must say 5:48 became even more interesting than 5:29. That is when the sky opened up and we had to walk home in the pouring rain! Jackson thought it was the best thing ever….like the biggest sprinkler he had ever seen! We were all full of giggles and we were drenched! It just goes to show, you can plan what you think may be the best moment…but should always stay open.
