In the very next frame they looked away, and they didnt look back. I was strong until I couldn’t see them any more. Then the tears started to sneak out one by one. I would say a sentence or two and they would sneak back in again. Even now as I write this a few more just snuck out. I was first in the door and I couldn’t believe how empty the house felt. It was as if I was expecting them to be here. It is all good, this is how it is supposed to be. That is my mantra for now and soon it will be easier to say and I imagine I will be able to do so without those sneaky tears!
