What if I were to tell you I had only spent a few minutes with her before this weekend? What If I were to tell you in those few minutes, many, many years ago I knew she was something special.
I will never forget when I saw her message pop up on facebook. When she asked to be my friend. My heart skipped a beat as I instantly recalled that first meeting many years ago.
Since that message she has become so much more to me. She is my cheerleader and even more, a dear friend. She said it best when she called us soul sisters.
Through her friendship I am reminded of the value to staying open, to following your heart, and to enjoying the rewards that are yours when you do.
