It was an amazing night for so many reasons.
I have loved these girls for the longest of time. Little Ava. was just that when I met her. A few months old, flying around in her Daddy’s arms. I will never forget that day. Addie, was still just a dream. One that we would talk about on sandy Saturday mornings together on the beach. So when she was born, it was love at first sight.
Their Mother, I can’t even put my love for her into words. She is someone I will always hold nearest and dearest to my heart. So to have them all, including the best hugger in the world, Paul, in my home, was a blessing.
The best part was watching our children play. Jonathen and Ava played like they had known each other their whole lives. And Jackson, he had another breakthrough night. He ran over to Ava, hugged her around the waist and giggled, then looked right into her eyes…it made my eyes fill with tears.
The house, so full of laughter and conversation, for the first time felt like home. I feel so blessed to be blessed with such sweetness.
