In January, I was out with my family and I saw this little speck of land and fell in love. You would never suspect where this is. It is currently behind a construction zone. I had been waiting for a nice day and 23 days later it had finally arrived! All that waiting and then to walk up to construction, I was nervous. Nervous that it wasnt going to still be there. I had the boys wait behind as I navigated my way to the stream. One deep exhale later and it was still there. The trees all around it had been cut down, but not right in the spot I dreamed of. Phew. The land was uneven so I dug a little trench to put Jackson’s “boat’ in. Then we had some fun!

I can barely believe my little one is ten months old already. How the time flies.
So thankful for such a nice day. What a gift.
