Shelby loves to bake and we have the best time baking together. We used to watch cake boss together all the time in Germany. As soon as we learned we were moving to New Jersey we were so excited to visit Carlos Bake Shop, to see where it all started. So today was a special day. If you looked past the merchandising and how commercial the bakery has become, there is a real sense of history and story. A family’s dream coming to fruition and that was inspiring. The bakery goods, well, not so much!!!
