When you think of your children growing up and going off to college and to a life they are most destined to live, you don’t think about the birthdays. The birthdays when they wont be at home. I woke up with Tyler on my mind and even as I write, I have tears in my eyes. Not sad tears really, although I would love to wrap my arms around my brithday boy. Rather, proud tears. Nineteen years, what an accomplishment for both of us. He is amazing. He is everything I dreamed him to be at 19. All I want today is for him to know how much we love him. Even though he is not home with us, we celebrate him just the same! Happy Birthday Tyler. We love you!
